घर असावे घरासारखे नकोत नुसत्या भिंती ह्या काव्यपंक्तीला छेद देत आर्किटेक्ट धनंजय महाले यांच्या संकल्पनेतून आमचं दिमाखदार घराचं स्वप्न प्रत्यक्षात आलं.कमी क्षेत्रफळ असलेल्या जागेत साकारलेली टुमदार आणि दिमाखदार वास्तू आमच्यासाठी स्वप्नवत अशीच आहे.घराला दिलेली उंची (Elevation) नजरेत भरणारी असून अंतर्गत सजावट मनाला मोहित करते. आकर्षक बैठकखोली.. आरामदायी बैठक व्यवस्था..प्रत्यक्ष सुर्यप्रकाश घरात येईल अशी संरचना.. त्यामुळे अगदी ताजेतवाने वाटते... अंतर्गत खोल्या.. भरपूर नैसर्गिक प्रकाशव्यवस्था असलेलं स्वयंपाकघर , जेवणासाठी बनविलेली आरामदायी बैठकव्यवस्था... झोपण्यासाठी बनविलेल्या खोल्या रंगसंगती आणि बिछान्यांच्या रचनेमुळे मनाला प्रफुल्लित करतात... त्यामुळे विभोर मन अगदी शांत होऊन निद्रादेवीच्या कुशीत आरामात सुखावते...ते दुसऱ्या दिवशी सकाळी उठल्यावर प्रसन्नतेचा यथोचित अनुभव देते.. आणि दिवसाची सुरुवात होते उत्साहवर्धक वातावरणात.... अर्थात याकामी येतं ते प्रसाधन आणि देखणं न्हाणीघर. नैसर्गिक प्रकाशव्यवस्था, खिडक्या आणि दरवाजांची योग्य ठिकाणं आणि त्यामुळे खेळती हवा,छान रंगसंगती, आकर्षक भित्तीचित्रे, अंतर्गत जिन्याची रचना.. सगळं काही मनाला मोहित करतं.. एकूणच आम्हा शिंत्रे कुटुंबियांसाठी ही वास्तू म्हणजे...अगदी..स्वप्नवत...

I met Ar Dhanajay through a friend... I asked him to do the interior of my 4 BHK flat at Chakan In initial few meetings... (Actually outings) we talked about everything except the work.. He immediately got what I wanted my house to be like.... We even had trips to Mumbai..Nashik for shopping and it was real fun and excitement along with Ar DM... His performance team is simply great (Civil Engineer Shri Pankaj Rakibe... painter.. flooring wala .. Curtains etc etc) They are very patient and are always ready to take retakes if I was not satisfied.. but at the end it would turn out that the inital plan was the best.. By the end of completion of the work now we r very good friends
